We want every driver — including anyone using a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, magnification or another assistive technology — to be able to sign in and manage their Myle driver account without difficulty.
What we aim for
- The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, for the sign-in and password-recovery pages.
- Clear, persistent labels on every form field — never a placeholder standing in as the only label.
- Visible keyboard focus on every interactive control, with a logical tab order and no keyboard traps.
- Text and interactive elements that meet the required contrast ratios against their background.
- Touch targets sized comfortably for a real fingertip, with room between them.
- Pages that stay usable when zoomed to 400% or reflowed to a narrow screen, with no loss of content or function.
- Status changes — loading, success and error states — announced to assistive technology, not only shown visually.
Known limitations
We're not aware of any parts of the sign-in or password-recovery journey that fall short of this standard today. If you find something that doesn't work well with the technology you use, please let us know using the "Report a Bug" link below — the more detail you can share about the page, the control, and your device or assistive technology, the faster we can look into it.
